Applications open for 2025 Speakers – deadline to apply is October 15

TEDxChalreston is looking for amazing speakers with interesting, exciting, unique, relevant and compelling ideas to share on our stage – you know, Ideas Worth Spreading. You don’t necessarily need a world-changing idea – although that doesn’t hurt – but something that changes even just one person in our audience can be a
memorable TEDx Talk.

Our application process for 2025 is now open. Our event will be held on April 23 to give you plenty of time to hone your idea and work with our coaching team (which is a requirement for every TEDxCharleston speaker). If accepted, you'll join a group of prominent local thought leaders who have graced our stage over the last ten years with Ideas Worth Spreading. So, if you think you have something great to say, fill out the
form below, and we'll have our TEDx experts review it.

As part of the larger TED community, we have certain guidelines our speakers must adhere to (no politics, religion, bad science sales pitches or divisive thinking!) so please read the Content Guidelines carefully. Any topic that strays beyond these criteria will not be considered.

You also must agree to participate in our planning and coaching program leading up to the event in April. The deadline to apply is October 15, 2024 at midnight. Short listed speaker candidates will be interviewed in the subsequent weeks, and final selections will be made by December 15, 2024.
