The 2023 theme is RE-EMERGE. Following an unprecedented time over the last three years, we are all slowly but surely re-emerging to a brave new world, fraught with new challenges and risks, but full of opportunities. Creativity, innovation and thoughtfulness are all needed to deal with this new reality. An exciting lineup of speakers and performers will explore many important and inspiring ideas at the 2023 TEDxCharleston event, appropriately themed “Re-Emerge.”

Stay tuned – 2023 Speakers and Performers to be announced soon!

TEDxCharleston is thrilled to follow up a successful 2022 event where three of the presenters in 2022 were selected and distributed to the global TED network, including Sam Norton, Karen Perlmutter, and Dr. John Rhodes.

About TED

TED is a nonprofit organization devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. Started as a four-day conference in California 30 years ago, TED has grown to support its mission with multiple initiatives. The two annual TED Conferences invite the world’s leading thinkers and doers to speak for 18 minutes or less. Many of these talks are then made available, free, at TED.com.
